CrossFit Kids classes are designed to be both fun and functional for any child, at any level, from ages 8 and older. Just like CrossFit for the adults, the skills covered in CrossFit Kids classes are broad and incorporate all physical movements including running, pushing, pulling, jumping, climbing, lifting, etc.  These skills will translate into their everyday life; whether it be playing at recess with their friends, helping around the house or playing on a competitive sports team. The classes are designed to create well-rounded and confident children and most importantly, designed to stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle. All classes are taught under close supervision of a CrossFit Kids Certified Trainer.
