The Complete Fit class is a high-energy, fun class three days a week that is dedicated to promoting a fast-paced, fat-burning, health-improving workout!
This class utilizes simple movements in order to keep our members MOVING! We move quickly, but also promote a keen awareness of proper body movements and place a high priority on proper form. This class is perfect for beginners in that it does not involve heavy weights and is full of friendly faces. If you’re looking to lose fat and get more FIT, this is the class for you.
