This past weekend we had two adaptive athletes from our gym compete in the 2022 WheelWod Competition in Raleigh, North Carolina. WheelWod Games is THE event for Adaptive Fitness! Each athlete had to qualify through the WheelWod Open or other sanctioned events. The athletes among them were from all over the world and we are so proud they were able to represent CrossFit Complete at such a high level.

Congratulations to Esther Edington who placed 2nd in the Neuromuscular Female Division and to Travis Trash who placed 6th in the Seated with Hip Function Division. These athletes have proven their consistency and determination in the gym- and EARNED their spot to compete with the best of the best.

Adaptive Athletics in the world of CrossFit is growing each year. This is the first year CrossFit Complete has had the privilege to send athletes to such an amazing event. We love that our athletes can be trailblazers for other adaptive individuals and are excited to see what the future holds for them. On to next year!
